Reclaim accounts

Reclaim Accounts is an AI-powered account recovery assistant that provides account recovery guidance, security tips, recovery templates, and step-by-step support. It includes organized tools and resources to simplify account recovery while promoting safe account security practices.

Reclaim.ai does not have native mobile apps for iOS or Android, but it is designed to be mobile-friendly.

You can make self-service changes in Reclaim via the Billing & Team page: click your profile photo (top right) and select Billing. Only account admins can manage billing for their team. If you cancel a paid subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium features until then, and afterward the account downgrades to the free Lite plan with no further charges.

No action is required. When the trial ends, the account automatically transitions to the Lite (free) plan and you will not be charged.

A Reclaim account can have multiple emails connected, but only one can be set as the main email/calendar for that Reclaim account. Other emails can be connected (e.g., via Calendar Sync/Connected Calendars). You can log in using any email associated with the account. An email address can only be the main account email for a single Reclaim account.

Reclaim offers a self-service delete capability that permanently deletes your data from its systems and automatically cleans up your calendar. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If events still appear after deletion, wait for cleanup to complete; if they persist, you may need to sign back up with the impacted calendar and delete the account again to re-run cleanup.

Delegated Access lets another person access your Reclaim content and settings on your behalf (with some limited exceptions). After completing work, the delegate should exit delegation to avoid making changes to the wrong account.
